Adrian spent twelve years as an international swimmer, winning an Olympic gold medal in the 100m breaststroke at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and sustaining his World No.1 ranking for six consecutive years. He was awarded an MBE for services to swimming and when he retired from competitive sport, Adrian’s first job was Head of Talent Development for British Swimming. The experience compounded his view that performance should be considered in its broadest sense. Adrian co-founded Lane4 in 1995. His role focuses on driving the growth of the business and shaping Lane4’s own high-performance environment.

Dominic was appointed Executive Chairman in 2020 and works closely with MD Adrian Moorhouse representing Lane4 externally, shaping long-term succession planning and consulting with clients. Before joining Lane4 in 1998, he was a soldier and athlete. Dominic served for 12 years as an officer in the Household Cavalry, which included two years as a leadership development instructor at RMA Sandhurst. He competed in two Olympic Games winning a bronze medal in the Modern Pentathlon team event at Seoul, 1988. Dominic went on to manage medalwinning teams at five Olympic Games and was awarded the MBE for services to Modern Pentathlon in 2014. His client work is focused on executive team development and coaching.

Liz Campbell is Lane4’s Customer Director, accountable on the Board for ensuring a ‘beyond performance’ experience for our clients. Liz joined Lane4 in 1997 and she has spent much of her time working with senior executives and their teams, particularly in the retail industry, supporting them to transform their own performance as well as the performance of their organisation. Liz has a Ph.D. on the impact of stress on well-being and performance and has worked with countless senior teams helping them to thrive in increasingly difficult, complex circumstances.

Charlotte and her team ensure that Lane4 achieves its business goals through a high-performing and flexible workforce, developing skills and behaviours to make Lane4 a great place to work, creating a culture of engagement and wellbeing, and attracting, rewarding and retaining talent. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where people can be the very best version of themselves and have the best job they have ever had. Charlotte has worked with Lane4 for nearly 11 years, having experienced Lane4’s programmes as a delegate herself. She has a wealth of experience in HR from a variety of sectors having worked with lots of different organisations supporting their strategic HR agendas.

Paul joined Lane4 in 2001 having previously worked as an independent consultant running development programmes and 1:1 coaching. He is passionate about helping people challenge their assumptions about what they can achieve and help them go beyond what they had previously imagined. Paul has extensive experience of coaching and consulting senior leaders around the globe, particularly in the Asia Pacific region where he was Lane4’s Practice Director for over three years. He is an accredited performance coach and NLP Master Practitioner.

Laura is an experienced Commercial Director with a proven track record of leading business growth and change. She is passionate about the psychology of adult learning and the development of digital capability in the learning and development sector. Before Lane4, Laura worked for Serco as a contract director and was responsible for the leadership and commercial management of the contract to deliver the Business Link service in the South East of the UK. Laura joined Lane4 in 2012 and leads Commercial Strategy, Marketing and Research. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and is an accredited coach.

Austin holds a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology and has published extensively on competitive stress, mental preparation for performance and group cohesion. He is a co-founder of Lane4 and now leads the business development strategy of the business. Austin is passionate about the powerful role that work plays in how people understand their lives, the world around them and the unique niche they fill. He has extensive experience as an executive coach to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations, working with their leaders in executive team facilitation, leadership and team development, leading change and developing resilience.

Justin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London after leaving University. He then moved to a Financial Controller role in a biotechnology company before setting up a successful accounting practice in 2000. Justin joined Lane4 in 2007 and was initially responsible for managing the finance, IT, HR and office teams. Following Lane4’s growth over the years, Justin now focuses purely on finance and leads the finance team to enable and support Lane4’s growth and profitability.
