Raconteur – Why introverts are ignored and often overlooked

It is estimated that half the population are “introverted”, yet in the workplace these people can be overlooked for ideas and promotions. The qualities that we tend to associate with leaders are more common in extroverts, but this means we are unjustly ignoring a huge talent pool just because of outward mannerisms.
