Lane4 named in top 100 best companies for twelfth consecutive year

Lane4 is thrilled to have been named one of the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’, for the twelfth year in a row.

Best Companies, the people behind the awards, assess eight factors that get to the heart of what people want and expect from their working lives. Some of those elements include how employees feel about the leader of their organisation, their manager and their team. The survey results produce an index score where each company is then ranked.

This year Lane4 came in 28^th position, 5 places ahead of last year and their best position since 2012. Lane4 was also awarded a 3-star accreditation, Best Companies’ highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel.

Speaking about the award, Managing Director of Lane4, Adrian Moorhouse said, “We talk to our clients a lot about how to sustain high performance over time, and for me this award is the recognition that Lane4 have been able to achieve just that. The culture here is something special and we’ve grown and hired lots of new people. It’s really important to me that Lane4 continues to be a company where people feel at home, and are doing a job that really motivates them.”
