Dominic Mahony takes role of Executive Chairman

Lane4 is delighted to announce Dominic Mahony MBE is to take on the role of Executive Chairman at Lane4, effective 1st January 2020. Dominic has been with the business since 1998, and has held several Director level roles, most recently as Lane4’s Product and Delivery Director.

Dominic won a Bronze medal at the 1988 Olympic games in Modern Pentathlon before going on to manage several multi-medal winning GB Modern Pentathlon teams at five Olympic Games.

In 2014, Dominic was awarded an MBE for services to Modern Pentathlon and remains an active member of the sport as Pentathlon GB’s Vice President.

Over the last 20 years, Dominic has led and delivered leadership development, organisational change consulting and executive coaching for hundreds of clients and organisations.

Managing Director, Adrian Moorhouse, commented: “2020 is Lane4’s 25th anniversary and this move is a fantastic way to start the new decade. Dominic is an outstanding leader and I have every confidence he will continue to drive Lane4 and its people, and continue to inspire our clients and partners.”
