Adrian Moorhouse named Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leader 2019

LDC and The Telegraph have named Lane4’s Managing Director, Adrian Moorhouse, as one of the Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders of 2019.

The list celebrates “the dynamic and ambitious leaders behind tomorrow’s mid-sized firms… [who] have built extraordinary brands and are punching way above their weight in the growth and export stakes.”

Adrian won gold in 100m breaststroke at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games before joining forces with Graham Jones and Adrian Hutchinson to establish a new management consultancy firm in 1995. The trio brought together high-performance sport, cutting-edge psychological research and sharp business sense to create Lane4, aptly named after the lane in which Adrian achieved gold.

Adrian commented, “I am honoured to be named as one of the LDC and The Telegraph’s Most Ambitious Business Leaders. Achievement in business, just like in sport, requires passion to pursue truly challenging goals, and I am proud to do that with the hugely talented team at Lane4.”

Today, Lane4 supports a global client base of world-leading businesses with services including leadership and team development, change consultation and management skills training. With a workforce including former sports psychologists, armed forces personnel and Olympians, Lane4 builds winning organisations and improves working people’s lives.
